Fun fact: If you speak to Imperial/Stormcloak officers while wearing armor from the opposite faction, they can turn hostile.

He does actually comment on the daedric armor being "Black as Midnight", it's a very rare chance of it occuring though.

I wish the anniversary addition armor had some dialogue even if it was the same, like insulated dragon bone would still have the guard say “is that dragon bone”

No glass? No daedric? Also need bonemold + indoril +telvanni + buoyant armiger (yes i know they're only in morrowind)

Although Daedric Armor looks the coolest and most terrifying, my favourite is Steel Plate. The helmet is a crown jewel. Made a full set with 2 enchantments per piece and an Ebony shield for Lydia. Even though I don the Daedric set, I've never seen her go bellow 20% HP. The Legendary upgrades paired with Fortify smithing potions do wonders.
