One meal a day for a month then fasting for 3 days and then eating pro&pre biotics daily has changed my life, not only did cravings for junk stop I stopped other addictions, like smoking for 20 years, simply no interest in them. So much more than we realise is related to those little bugs of ours.

After anti biotic treatment from ruptured appendix, I started eating fermented foods sauerkraut, onions and homemade yoghurt. I am almost back to normal although I am primarily carnivore.

I enjoyed listening to this podcast. Thank you. As a first time listener I look forward to go through your list of intervieuws. I saw that you had Nicole Lepera on your show (which I look forward to listening to) and if I may make a recommendation for your podcast, I would like to see you interview Anna Verwaal on peri/prenatal trauma/health and its impact in developmental stage and in adulthood. Appreciate your time. 🙏🏽
  • I love this video. Highly informative and educational. Makes so much sense. A good starting off point for folks like me who wanted to know some basic science based info about this whole gut revolution.

Thanks for the podcast. I don’t know what to eat for breakfast anymore since cut out processed cereal & milk from my diet since they're quick & easy because I’m in a hurry in the mornings. I‘ve been alternating from yogurt, eggs & oatmeal & sometimes nothing at all. I don’t think I’m feeding my microbiome correctly for optimal health. I tend to eat the same foods over and over again due to my budget. I struggle with constipation/diarrhea my whole life. I've been on antibiotics a few times during my childhood.
  • New subscribe😊 Thank you so much for the video! I just tested positive for h .p my but I ‘m scared to take antibiotic Do you have any Suggestion please🙏🙏and I ‘ m nursing elso?
  • Please rethink titles like this… “What they don’t want you know…” So many people are just looking for reasons to mistrust experts and authorities, these headlines don’t help. You’re delivering really important scientific information, this kind of shallow sensationalism only hurts your credibility.
