I discovered thanks to Koong's TAS that you can save some time by going through the 1st laser in the Bank.
The TAS also goes through the laser, but performs a weird elevator glitch, whereas this one is the glitchless version of it.
This time is a 1/3 of a second faster than the previous IL record, but I'm sure a little more time can be saved with an earlier entry when hitting the last guard.
The final time is 2:20.467
