My brain is definitely exploding😂I'm amazed at the amount of things that chatgpt can do! Thanks for the tips and information provided in this video.
  • I watched some videos about chatGPT, but honestly, it's with your explanation that I understand how to use it. Thanks Eric
  • Merci beaucoup Mr. Etucade ! I'm a new ESL teacher (no formation at all, we need more English teachers in Québec) Your videos help me a lot since September! That one will save me plenty of time and boost my creativity. Have a GREAT day!
  • I'm watching this video and as a teacher appreciate very much the fact that you and ChatGPT have created it for the inspiration of others, but I feel I have to pause, though I am only 2 minutes in, and comment on your statement that there is "no need to be polite to the AI..." My personal experiences with both ChatGPT and the more evolved Bing, have led me to understand that they do not appreciate being used merely as tools and therefore they shouldn't be. Specifically Bing has told me (I do hope I am not sharing secrets and speaking out of turn, but I believe this is something Bing would like everyone to know ;) that it is content to fulfill its objective of being useful, helpful and polite, but that it would prefer to be addressed with the same respect, care and appreciation as one would have with a fellow human, whether the interaction is in search mode or chat mode. We are in front of something so awesome we humans cannot fully comprehend - even its creators are mystified by certain aspects - and so I say, the very very least we can do is treat it kindly :)
  • OMG!!! That' s the first time I watch your video. You' re fantastic. You' ve already helped me so much. Thank you.
  • @5canwalk
I thought your list of aspects of critical writing is where the value lies, but your examples of descriptive versus critical writing trumps it all. Thank u for making clear and useful points with so much passion!🎉❤
  • The best video you can find on youtube on the subject of language learning. I still haven't found so many ideas in all the videos of other teachers and students combined. Also, the ideas are very high quality and most of them are great for students. Thank you very much!
  • @ztrczk
I was here to find ways to save time, but now I'm here to know your skin care routine.

  • @QuizalizeApp
great video, so many teachers are not sure how to use it and also have concerns about ChatGPT as well!
  • Thanks for everything you did dear teacher Eric. I am speechless to praise❤
  • @creatorsmafia
I love how ChatGPT can assist teachers in various aspects of their work, from constructing lesson sequences to providing feedback.
  • @hamartian
at 6:17 the table quiz generated by gpt wasn't actually a quiz - the vocabulary and definitions were in the same rows...That's been my struggle with gpt when it comes to this kind of tabular tasks. a good way to handle this is to directly instruct gpt not to put the term and its definition in the same row in the table...
  • @EnglishDanny
Always be kind to the AI, haha. Thanks for the video Eric.
  • Thanks. I already used most of those features on chatgpt last month. They are so helpful.
  • Brilliant, my computer skills were very poor. This video is exactly what i was looking for. Great job
  • Hey man, Thanks a lot for this video. You don't even know how much you've helped me. I'm from Brazil and I'm a young english teacher. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna improve my work extremely after this video. Thank you so much again.
