Bodybuilders are mentally ill, this is not a joke but a serious fitness statement we need to dive deeper into. Bodybuilding promotes an unhealthy fitness lifestyle, just to hide insecurities they won't approach head on. Touched the rim for the first time at 16 yesterday, hit 200 on bench, got 135 for 16 & am in the best shape of my life. Never would’ve gotten here without these two
  • "But you're not 200 pounds and over. I'm bigger than you. Shut up small boy". Said every guy that's never going to reach their 50's😭
  • i started going to the gym cause of sam sulek, but im injury free and consistent with the gym cause of the Rios bros 💪

Although controversial, it is true. Even people like Greg doucette said he was in a bad place in mind and started doing steroids

Imagine if there was an anorexia competition with people trynna get as tiny as possible, using all sorts of drugs to get there. Same shit with bodybuilders.

I was skinny fat and stiff af two years ago, but after doing performance-focused bodybuilding combined with calisthenics, i'm stronger, more flexible, and my mental health is at it's best, i also had more confidence these days. People really need to realize that bodybuilding is only a part of the equation, combined with agility and performance training, healthy real food, quality sleep, and a productive hobby, your life will improve drastically

Ngl I clicked on this video thinking "here he goes yapping again 🤦‍♂️" to be surprised at the points you made. Fair enough I'll hold my hands up and everything you said here is completely true.

Hey I really enjoy your content you help me really put on muscle and avoid unhealthy habits I used to have watching bodybuilder content. Thank you so much for educating me on proper fitness.

As an up and coming college wrestler I somewhat agree and disagree with this person. Honestly natural bodybuilding is more healthy than just being obese and doing nothing. Steroid bodybuilding I feel is the most unhealthy. This person I think he is addresses steroid bodybuilding instead of natural bodybuilding which is what I like about this person. Although I will say this, any bodybuilder beats a normal person in a fighter. This is my tear list: Normal person

Get em bro. i gotta say, after watching me do athletic workouts rather than bodybuilding, few of my friends have started to ask me about my training routine, in fact i preach for this style of training and it's all thanks to you. Big fan and keep it up brother
  • @2600TC
thank you for that street fight comparison you just opened my eyes up and hopefully other people’s eyes too
  • @Enzvero
That's why oiled up bodybuilders are not aesthetic
  • @halelogsoff
Mark Rippetoe called bodybuilding an eating disorder and it's true, just as your points.

A big stigma that muscles win fights. It doesnt, its the skill, will, athleticism, and technique that does.

I love how they said steroids is bad for you health but they’re not gonna explain why they took steroids 😂
