2 years later and your videos are still helping young ones like me start in the fitness/healthy lifestyle. Thanks for being a genuine one.

Bro stop working out there's nothing else to achieve, you won 😂
  • I've been following the Agoge diet for a couple of months and have built so much muscle. Just wanted to share for those feeling stuck with their muscle building.
  • I agree for the most part of this video. However, salt is not a bad thing at all. It is used to boost flavor and overall change the texture and everything about the food you make. You’d be surprised about how much salt the human body can handle. The only reason why it is seen as bad is because of shitty foods from fast food places and such or bags of chips and pretzels which contains a TON of salt.

My wife just saw this video over my shoulder and now suddenly she has a business trip to England. She’s a 2nd grade teacher.

I have only recently started working out at 42 and I know a person can achieve more or less (genetics aside of course) the type of physique they would like to. Simeon's physique is one I would aspire to achieve.

Just happened on this channel. Brilliant. I am not a body builder per say. Rather, I am a 58yo triathlete and cross fit junkie. Six years ago, l was 300# at 6-4. Today, I am 205# w/12% body fat. Diet is 75-80% of getting shredded and great to see videos like this that give fresh ideas for clean nutritious eating - especially to start the day.

Yes, breakfast matters immensely. Since I started working on my abs and belly fat, a savory breakfast is doing the trick for me.

Great video. I take my oats with bananas, chopped dates, raisins, and flax and chia seeds. I also add about a spoon of peanut butter. No sugar, but it's very sweet on its own. Keeps me going till late in the day.
