I'm an Iraq war vet and Maria I can't thank you enough. Your videos are by FAR the best method I've found in a decade to help with PTSD. Anytime I get that upset anxious look over my shoulder feeling I watch one of your videos and it completely calms my mind. Nothing else works to get rid of the PTSD "jitters" like your videos. I've recommended it to other veteran friends of mine and they are now regular visitors to your channel ! Cheers

Even the soft, flowing, elegant way Maria moves her hands is enough to put me to sleep.

I used to watch sometimes to a shopping channel when they sold jewellery. I just liked the way they touched and descirbed the jewel. Now I know why I like it. Thank you Maria for hugging my brain :)
