I thought this was the “scrappy” item Maru was working on all this time 🤦THANK YOU for the info, lucky dungeon diving here I go! EDIT NO LIE I got one FIRST TRY on floor 10 of skull cavern, high luck day, luck ring, using ginger beer and banana pudding for boosts (need to find more rock candy!)

Honestly they could make a quest where you find some after joja gets shutdown n marnie then stocks em afterwards here's hoping cuz jeez they are a pain to get

I used your tips and finally got the Auto-Petters I needed! Using staircases on a best luck day in the Skull Caverns is the most effective for me!

At max luck (rock candy + Qi seasoned ginger ale + 2 lucky rings) each floor in skull caverns has a 9-11% chance to be a treasure floor depending on daily luck. That is to say, for every 260 staircases or so, you will get one auto-petter on average (since they are 1/26 chance per treasure floor)--not hard to do if you have a shed of crystalariums all producing jades and then just staircase your way all day while the rock candy buff lasts. Alternatively, use Qi's seasoned lucky lunch--it is only 1% less (each point of luck adds 1% to treasure floor chance). I managed to collect autopetters for all my 12 barns/coops this way.

My friend found two auto collectors and auto petters in our playthrough. Their luck has been insane.

Nice, didn't know about the "depends on what time you kill them on" part. I knew there was some resources like clay on tillable tiles and stuff that works that way, didn't know some monsters had stuff like that.

I got like 6, I hate mining so I only go there when I'm doing Mr. Qi's skull cavern challenge. I always go on perfect luck days, I use a lucky ring, drink ginger ale, and eat pumpkin soup or spicy eel. I once even got them twice in one run.

The Autopetter is literally a game changer. I will NEVER do another Community Center run again. I have sold my soul to Joja.

I got three auto-petters at the skull caverns the same day, before reaching floor 140, it was just my second time trying to search for one so I felt insanely lucky.

Ive been on frickin floor 678 and yet no auto petter even with luck💀💀
