Can you sue if someone posts a video or photo of you without your consent?

If a photo or video was taken of you without your consent that has brought you emotional distress or financial burden then you may be entitled to compensation.

  • The narcissist I dated who lives oceans apart from me wants to extract some sort of narcissistic supply from me and is posting photos of me that I find offensive. He is doing it to irritate me as I have clearly stated to him that I don’t want my photos on social media. Ughhhhh! I feel angry and humiliated .

    Is it only an offense if you post it cause I have one and I’m worried and the person knows I have it but I haven’t posted it? And I’m not planning on it either
