Weird Russian Military Equipment Found in Ukraine: t-34
  • Croatian here... I think you did a really good job reporting on the drone incident that happened last year. What caused most outrage amongst us, the residents of Zagreb was... 1. A drone was able to fly through 2 NATO member states before nosediving into the ground less than a hundred meters from a student dormitory and 2... The NATO officials' flippant response regarding the incident. When asked about the incident, the secretary general practically brushed it off, issuing a template statement about "them being aware of the drone crashing outside of Zagreb", showing that he was poorly informed/uninterested about the whole affair. Many Croatians wondered what the reaction would have looked like if the drone had crashed in, say, Berlin, or Brussels... Anyway, when it comes to "who launched the drone", I'd just point out that the longest part of its flight took place over Hungary (some 40 minutes), and need I remind with whom the Hungarian government is on such friendly terms...? Lastly, when it comes to Croatian support for Ukraine, I think that it didn't waver because of this event. There have always been people on the fringe who are opposed to us providing help, but they are in the minority. Heroyam slava! 💙💛
  • Should Ukrainians use butterfly mines, no. Regardless, Would Ukraine be using them on THEIR OWN territory if it wasn’t for Russia? Nope.

I want to remind. Everything happening in Ukraine is a fault of Russias invasion. I do not understand why anyone put any blame in Ukraine. No one shot land mines before invasion.

As a combat engineer, I must clarify. There is no such thing as a plastic mind that cannot be detected by metal detector. There is such a thing as low metallic mints. However the blasting cap or detonator is still metallic in nature. He gives off enough of a signature that you can still find it with a metal detection halo. Granted under such circumstances I would still prefer to use GPR or ground-penetrating radar. However, metal detection alone will do.

We need to salute the Graphics portion of Infographics. That's a lot of hard work!
  • that drone was moving very slow and low, for its design intent. TU-141 is a 1970's recon drone, that does 0.9 mach (1100km/h) at 6000m. My bet.. engine or guidance failure, it flew "dead stick" and ran out of gas, went down. Only 152 units were even made.... very odd bird to spot in an active conflict. Seeing its era/age, and the situation of "its what we got in stock" for Ukraine = I believe they were using it for basic recon and lack of maintaince + its age, got it. It belonged in a museum, not the sky (good bird, but old bird)... there is one on display at the State Aviation Museum in Kiev (cough, sus)

Your idea of what's an acceptable weapon to use changes when you're defending your home rather than invading.

just want to let anyone know watching this, the UM2 tank that was blown up in Ukraine was not the black eagle. just want everyone to know that. the black eagle is called object 640 the T80UM2 was a T80U equipped with DROZED APS you can see how its not the same as in the photo's of the destroyed T80UM2 it doesn't have the box at the back, as the black eagle has.

Important to note that the US, while not s signer of the Ottawa treaty, does follow it except in certain locations. Such as the Korean DMZ
  • @kolesia1970
I'm from Kharkiv. Can confirm that russia uses butterfly mines
  • @larryakre5965
The Ukrainians wouldn’t be using butterflies if the Russians hadn’t invaded
  • @themrworf1701
I heard the drone crash in zagreb and I was 10 km away from crash site..
  • Its weird that whenever i think of drones i think of quad copters for civilians. But bigger and with a bomb attacked instead of the remote controlled planes they are.
  • All I know is I wouldn't wanna be in a tank in today's wars. Too many things to take them out today and not enough counter measures
  • My hard opinion on illegal weapons being used in Ukraine: when one country invades another unprovoked, anything the defending country does to defend itself is justified. All things resulting from the ensuing war is the fault of the aggressor. In this case, Ukraine is the defender and I don't care what kind of weapons they use. When you are attacked unprovoked by a foreign power, anything and everything is justifiable.
