This was filmed 12 years ago on Apr 5, 2012. How do I know? I’m the guy in the blue shirt behind the defendant! I had never seen it air—so wild to catch it in my YouTube feed!

The daughter and the mother are both scammers

"I WOULDN'T BELIEVE YOU IF YOUR TONGUE CAME NOTARIZED" is my single favorite thing the Judge has said since I've watched years ago. She doesn't use it nearly enough. I only recall a handful of times. 💯

Scamming at such a young age. Shameful. They are both scamming. And she has the nerve to sue. Charge it to the game and don't do it again.
  • The defendant is a scam artist and knew what she was doing and she belongs under the jail. This is exactly why you don't cash or deposit any check that doesn't belong to you

Once I heard the “you didn’t call in your card yet?” part, I knew for sure that the plaintiff was in on it. She knew that there was fraudulent activity going on. I believe she did it with the expectation of splitting the money.

There’s no such thing as free money. The defendant thought she found the jackpot smh.
  • I always love when the announcer's voice-over makes the plaintiff and defendant laugh. Scam-a-lam-a-ding-dong 😂
  • @yvetten482
Plaintiff was in on it, and the defendant is a bold face liar and a thief

“ I wouldn’t believe you if your tongue came notarized “ 😂😂damn judge Milian
  • The plaintiff knew something was wrong but in high school kids sometimes do stupid stuff trying to fit in or be friends with the wrong people. How many of you know an adult who deposited a fake check from a "Nigerian Prince" and got scammed?
  • @hatshepsutiv
This is a sad way to start your adult life. Check fraud is not it. And they are not friends.

The defendant said she’s only “a little “ embarrassed? Disgusting! Then the mom is so naive to think they should have to split the amount which means she’s still believing that some part of what her daughter said was true. Really?! How could she trust anything that her daughter says after this? Be for real. 😳

This whole family are ok with criminal activity
