    super! I would like to build the battery where you could swap 18650 cells and replace with charged ones. My goal is to save weight. Use dummy battery for sony and attach external case to the rig, the external case would be 2 cells only, but they should be replicable, ie having only one case and set of 18650 (as many as required). Do you think is this doable?

    Why don't you used a bms with usb charging interface? So, you can charge with 5v 2a type charger for phones?
  • Nice job. What are the bullet connectors? 3.5mm RC bullets are too big, 2mm are too small.
