    Great Job- So happy for you🎉 I had a hysterectomy about 2 years ago and it’s been a long road to recovery. I finally have strengthened my core stamina enough to run a mile - 3 times a week. 💕 Never take good health for granted.

    Hi Amanda! This is so inspiring! I totally understand how you feel when you say you’re at the wt you wanted! And feeling good about yourself! Loosing 25 lbs not easy, takes lots of dedication! Bravo 👏🏼 I had shoulder surgery a year ago after that horrible injury I had! Well for good 9 months I was out of shape! Now I walk 5 miles/day and started lifting! Feel so good! And I’m at the wt I wanted to be! Thank you for sharing your journey with us! I should look into those snacks! Looks yummy and healthy! Again thank you! ❤❤❤❤❤

    Hey girlie, came here just to commenting to dispel some misconceptions about muscle mass and weight. So muscle and fat weight the same; 1 pound is 1 pound but, muscle is more dense so it takes up a smaller amount of space on your bodyframe. so, while you’re gaining muscle and you’re losing fat, you may still weigh the same—number wise—but your measurements will be smaller. if you track your body measurements, this will let you know that you’re still headed in the right direction while changing your body composition. Great job so far!! Keep up the great work ❤
  • Great video! I agree with looking 'cute' at the gym. If you feel better about how you look, you will be more motivated to go. I know not everyone agrees with this, but I have found it helpful for my own workouts. Even when I work out at home , which is 98% of the time, I put on something that makes me feel good about how I look. I have found your weight loss / work out themed videos very informative, and very responsible for lack of a better term. The entire subject can be a hot button topic!
