i cant imagine how a single person came up with all of this
  • @ComposedSage75
The fact that Eren was the mastermind behind the entire events of AoT while his future self has the power of the Founder all throughout is something truly incredible. Amazing storytelling at its finest.
  • @ekotoxic1663
I just feel so bad that Ymir had to hand sculp each titan every single time one came into being. I wonder if she purposely altered Reiner's during that one scene in early season 4 pt 1
  • @Luna_Hope
Fun fact: AoT was mostly inspired from norse mythology. The founding Titan was inspired from the first giant of norse Aurgelmir, also called Ymir, the nine titans represent the nine realms, the pure titans represent the giants, the big tree we saw on AoT is inspired from the world tree/tree of life yggdrasil, and the centipede looking thing that gave ymir her founding powers is called hallucigenia and it actually existed but its already an extinct creature, it lived 505 million years ago during the Cambrian Explosion, they got extinct because they couldn't compete with other species in the ocean and became extinct
  • @RuzzyID
The Founding Titan does not have its own unique form n I don't think people get that. Eren's "final form" at the end of S4 is simply just a result of having no body. As his head was completely removed from his body, and that weird spine-like Titan form is a result of him no longer having a body. Which is why it also takes on the appearance of the hallucigenia
  • @ErenNeager69
Ymir's founding titan is 240m and Eren's founding titan is 500m
  • @Nazimonz
It is so shocking how all of these started just by Ymir freeing pigs out of their pen XD
  • @cmanmaxwell
And to think about it, the process to turn into a titan (inflicting a wound, and having a purpose). What does that mean for Ymir? Why does she only make titans for those who meet the two requirements? Possibly because she was wounded, and the Hallucigenia had purpose? Interesting to think about.
  • @Tengu125
Personally, Eren's Founding Titan reminds me of the creature that bound itself to Ymir's spine, creating the first Founding Titan. Anyone else?
  • @craqjiw8920
btw the first King had no first name just King Fritz, the second-known holder of the founding titan was Karl fritz
  • Fun fact: The heat released in the formation of The founder titan by eren was SOOO much that his flesh evaporated and what left was only bones.
  • @fireboytheone
slight correction on 0:36 the eldian king during ymir's time was not karl fritz. he was just fritz. karl is a descendant of ymir.
  • @philschling
My girlfriend asked a very interesting question when we watched the ymir episode: if all eldians that can transform into titans and are connected through the paths are descendants of ymir, king fritz and their 3 daughters, doesnt that mean that technically ALL eldians are of royal blood? and if ymir only lends her founding powers to members of the royal family, arent all eldians like a big family if they share the same family tree, being descendants of ymir and king fritz? are we missing something?
  • @Simyfy
So thereโ€™s a correction to be made in the beginning. Ymir was not the one who released the pigs, the rest of the slaves just pinned it on her. I donโ€™t think we ever find out who really released the pigs.
  • i believe what made erens founding titan so large is because he had the attack titan and warhammer titan abilities, and because his head was severed from his body
  • Im 46 years old,& have been watching animae & collecting manga since i was 12. There are some amazing classics & a few newer anime's that are really well written & amazing.AOT is definitely one of them.
  • @yooreekfan
Fun fact: the spine like creature is named hallucigenia who lived in the Cambrian period
  • @spaghetti3010
Imagine Eren if he wasn't decapitated. That could be power on par with Ymir's due to Ymir giving Eren the founding powers added onto his already existing ones.
  • @Gigachad_Memes
Fun fact: there are exactly 52,084 colossal titans in the rumbling
