Some Democratic leaders and political experts are now questioning whether or not Mr. Biden should still be on the ballot—and a short list of some Democratic leaders who have been suggested to replace him includes Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker. CBS 2's Sabrina Franza reports.

    There is only one person who can quash voter concerns about Biden's age, and that is Biden himself. Last night he had that opportunity and he failed.

    My question is, who is running the country? Seriously I’m not kidding. There’s no way you bring to him several complex scenarios and he’s able to make decisions on his own about what is best for the country in the world. Who are making decisions for him right now? His cabinet, his wife, Barack Obama, who? It’s not President Biden, that’s for sure. He couldn’t even get through his closing statement which is probably the most rehearsed thing you do for any debate.
