I haven't made it through the entire video but that it a very impressive foundry. As far as the comments about the cottage industry foundries are concerned, the workers in this foundry probably came from those foundries.

Glad to see these employees have some but not all personal protective equipment. Aluminized heat suits,gloves, and faceguards with hard hats would be nice for these guys.

Thanks, I expected the worst, but this casting plant is not too bad, no open toe sandals, but safety specs and gloves and a few machine guards would help. So well done , it is a notoriously difficult environment to operate in but there are signs that they are trying hard.
