    Ballistic is a legend who very heavily relies on your gunplay. You basically have nothing else, to leave a fight, or any utility. He seems like a legend, who enhances the skills of pros, rather that help the noobs. He only really shines in an offensive playstyle, but i guess that one's the most fun anyways

    As a revenant main, I think ballistic is amazing to play. His whistler ability is a lot like revenants silence which made him easy for me to learn.

    I dont know if im useing his smart bullet out of range or what but it almost always seems to go where im looking and not lock on for me dont know if its me or a bug

    The idea you threw in at the end works very well for Ballistic because you're getting old versions of the guns.
