  • Herbert I love your content, but you need a new Microphone. This one sounds like you're underwater.
  • I voted yes on both even though I only have 390 shares of Tesla because ever share counts . I think this was very important for Tesla to thrive with Elon and I’m glad to be part of this.

Alexandra, thank you so much for your time and hard work in helping to get the compensation package and move to Texas passed. You are a Rock Star in the Tesla community. 🌟
  • @dyemanoz
Ross Gerber's fund from which he was managing the divestment of Tesla shares held a massive 800 shares. Probably it was his pet goldfish's pension fund.
  • Love Larry's thoughtful, reasoned analysis. Totally agree with his position.
  • @777Outrigger
If you ask me, Ross doesn't quite have all the bolts tightened down.
  • @myfantube
Shouldn't we start a class action law suit against that Delaware judge? A lot of people lost a lot of money these few months because of her politically biased ruling.

Please fix your mic sound. it’s terrible since yesterday. Thx
  • @AKJammer1
Herbert, I don’t think your mic is bad, I think your sound settings had you using a different mic. Either the one on the camera or the built in one on the computer. I’ve had that happen to me, the audio input got switched on me.

Did institutionals pull a fast one on us with lowering the vote to simple majority in the future?
  • Larry is right, a lot people should not be Tesla investors. Tesla made about $10 billion net profit last year on about a $500 billion shareholder valuation. That's a 2% return. If you invested in an S&P fund or Berkshire long term you would get about 10%. What investors in Tesla have to understand is they become venture capitalists when they become a Tesla investor. Elon has said that Tesla is about half a dozen start ups. Investing in start ups is a wild ride - not everything works out. About 90% of start ups fail so as a venture capitalist you really are investing in the determination of the CEO to see a revolutionary new product through. If everything works out you probably get a 10X return and so the trick is to make 2 out of your 10 ventures successful. Elon has a great track record but the question is can he do it again and are you mentally healthy enough to accept the loss if he fails.

Retail shareholders need a voice in major institutional funds. Brokerage firms need to let retail shareholders vote. Move your investments to firms that will let you vote your shares.
