Thank you for the initiative and for the invitation. It was a pleasure working on this project!
  • There is one mistake in this video. The word Ukraine firstly appears in scripts with meaning motherland in 12 century. Borderland as russian version of this word origin was five centuries after

As a native Ukrainian I couldn't have ever thought that such videos describing our culture and history will gain so much popularity. But still the cost is awfully high. I appreciate the work you've done and I'm very grateful for your fund rising intentions.
  • @KvDenko
Thank you so much for your collaboration and stand for Ukrainian history 😭❤️ We've already lost so much, your videos will help keep our stories alive.

As a Norwegian, I always find it worth mentioning in videos about the Kievan Rus that the last (Norwegian) Viking warlord, Harald Hardråde, was deeply connected to Kiev, and also our only saint Olav the Holy, had to flee to Kiev for a period. The nobility in Norway in general seem to be deeply connected to, and had their power and wealth from the eastern trade routes, the rivers into the Black Sea and south to Constantinople / Miklagard. (One million dollar will be sent to each and everyone that comment that the modern spelling of Kiev is "Kyiv", from the *Keyboard Cowboy Community*.)

As a Ukrainian, I thank you for this video. You've done a great job!
  • I'm looking forward to the next video about the Zaporozhian Sich. Thanks so much. This is one of my favorite YouTube channels.

  • @HistoryDose

  • @krtcek1991
As a Ukrainian, I'd say that's quite a deep dive into our history. And without almost any propaganda. This is definitely worth liking, sharing, etc. Waiting for the next episodes. The truth will prevail! Thank you, Kings and Generals!
  • @mazafokka
As a Ukrainian I'm greatly thankful to you for this, we all are. We have a great history to share with the world but it's hard to popularize it alone, so again thank you for all your doings! Can't wait to see your next videos on the topic!
  • @HistorySkills
This is an amazing initiative. I am proud to be part of this collaboration and hoping we can make a little bit of a difference to some people’s lives.
  • Very precise explanation of the difference in languages. As a person who speaks Ukrainian, Russian and English, I can confirm it's very easy to lose yourself when translating Rus, Russia, Ruthenia, explaining that Mala Rus actually means Inner Rus and others. Great job!
  • @Rob-uc8zr
"As historians, it is our job to fight off authoritarian attempts to rewrite history," well said.
  • Good job and amazing video. Finally I've found video which took into account all important moments of our history and explained it without substituting facts. Thank u, friends🔥🔥🔥
