Today's video covers 4 exercises that can help reduce shoulder pain due to subacromial bursitis and/or tendinopathy of the supraspinatus (rotator cuff) or biceps tendons. All three of these structures are located in the subacromial space and can become irritated with overhead movements.

I was begging God to relieve me from the pain, and I landed on this video at 4 a.m. when I couldn’t sleep due to the radiating pain in my left shoulder. This shows me that when you call for Him, He responds and sends help through His chosen ones. You, my friend, are one of those chosen ones, and I cannot thank you enough for posting this video. Simply brilliant, precise, and humane of you!

You explain things very well. I appreciate that you don’t feel the need to ‘entertain’ like so many others producing videos like this.
  • Great video! Lots of shoulder videos on YouTube, but these are some of the best. I really appreciate them. Thank you!

Probably the best video i've watched till now. Best exercises without stressing the tendons. Congrats.

Thank you! I Play Pickle Ball and this past week, the pain was excruciating. The Table and Wall Walk already are helping. The uppercut works, I have been doing the Band Exercise I do already but slow coming back will help. Great!

I am travelling in Vietnam and there is a language barrier which makes effective communication difficult. Four weeks ago I suffered a shoulder injury. I used ice and rest to mitigate the swelling. This video dealing with mobility and strengthen the shoulder is life saver. Your insights and exercise routines are greatly appreciated. Thank your sharing this information.
  • Exactly what I’m going through at the moment nine months . Still pushing through with using the Left shoulder but very aware of my Limitations. Thank you for the excises .☝️🙏🇦🇺

Both my shoulders are in pain. It’s taken a year for a physio to see me and diagnose my condition. Thank god I found this channel. Hopefully I can rehab myself.

Thank you for taking time to teach these exercises.

Truly, this was thorough, clear instruction. The terminology used was accessible for better understanding of the condition. And I had no idea that complete rest (NO activity with the shoulder) would only create an additional, progressive problem/frozen shoulder. Thank you!🧡🧡🧡
