    I love this one, thank you. I felt a shift, i was starting to wake up with heart butterflies because of built up tension/stress/anxiety about the future for the past week but in this meditation I told myself "I have heart butterflies, I let go of all fears, stress, anxiety now" then all of a sudden it just disappeared with one breath, it was such a quick shift, all gone in 1 second. I was like wow, that was fast.. I feel so different now. Thank you! ❤ This helped me.
