(CHICKEN WITH PINEAPPLE)
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 kilo chicken (cut into bite size pieces)
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 can pineapple chunks 227g
2 cups water
1 chicken cube seasoning
1 Thai chili pepper (optional)
2 medium potatoes
2 medium bell peppers
1/2 tbsp browning & seasoning sauce (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste and 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water
