I wish we got more valor from actually killing raid bosses

Most pugs on my server fail and fall apart because they think they are going in thinking they can do 11\12 heroic and not wipe.

My alt disc priest has a higher item level than my main DK because of archeology giving me 3 items and darkmoon fair trinket plus i bought all the BOE's i could. its crazy how easy it is to gear up

That valor cap i expect will reset once valor is reset to justice when the next phase starts.

I wasn't going to level an alt until I heard about the points rolling wave. Making a spam group outside of RDF works really well.

It took me 5hrs to get 353, without any guide.

When it comes to the whole topic of going into heroic raids... Yiu completely forget that 1/2 of the playerbase is pure garbage . You raid mostly with your guild whos got a lot of good players but I've neen guild hopping lately and i cant find a guild where the people are even competent enough to do heroic dungeons easily. No one kicks, no one moves out of mechanics, as a healer, i can keep the group alive but holy crap, its awful running with people who dont care about death and just expect me to do All The heavy lifting because they cant pick up their feet.

Yall gotta stop encouraging this toxic behavior man. You are encouraging people to get carried with lower gear without directly saying it. We kicking all people out that say they hit lvl 85 today with 320 Ilvl in heroics forever fk that they make everyones job harder

You really should be able to get into heroics as soon as you hit 85. At 84 specific queue (not random) the 84+ normals (grim batol, lost city, halls) and you will likely get at least half of your gear as 333 drops (need everything even if not perfect for you - within your armor class ofc. I mean mages/locks roll on spirit gear, healers roll on non-spirit gear, leather wearers roll on stuff outside your role eg agi vs int etc). Then at 85 fill in the gaps with JP purchases. You should be 329 by that time. Well, 329 in your bags at least, still wear your main set. Done this the last 4 characters to hit 85 and none of them were short.
