Robotnik aggressively spoils his adopted son.
-
The fact that Tails' answer is "I don't know" shows that he wants for nothing - Robotnik has already provided everything Tails would possibly want. Such an amazing father.
-
This feels like one of those random musical things that cartoon channels like boomerang would randomly place in the middle of ad breaks
-
Tails just says "i dont know" and instead of getting angry Robotnik just says "alright..." What a good father
-
"tell me now before i change my mind" sounded so good im still amazed you can sample voice lines this well
-
The Tails and robotnik, father son relationship lore thickens
-
After the last video where Tails begins to grow independent, Robotnik copes with fear of him growing up and attempts to spoil him in in hopes of keeping his son close
-
This father-son story implies that Tails learned everything he knows about machinery from Robotnik, which is wonderful.
-
Robotnik is such a doting father. He's not a good parent, but he's trying.
-
It's impressive that much of the internet loves taking this iteration of Eggman and making YTPMVs with him as the lead singer, particularly because I suspect most don't know the voice actor (Long John Baldry) was in the music business.
-
Robotnik: tell me your choice, you little brat. Tails: I don’t know Robotnik: sigh alright. begins writing new song
-
"Name your prize, the finest cake And your price is no object, Robotnik Lake" Why is that part so smooth
-
Robotnik’s the most generous man ever, and people should look up to him
-
Fun Fact: The "What'll it be" voiceline was used 93 times in this video. Yes, I counted so you wouldn't have to. Yes, I have no life, thanks for noticing.
-
God i love EVERYTHING about this. As per usual its just the feeling like it was edited as part of a TV spot or long bumper advertising it back in the day. Just Great work dude
-
what's interesting is that you actually choose clips that compliment the pitches of the harmony. obviously it's intentional, but I can't imagine how many clips you gotta comb through just to get those melodies out of everyone's voice
-
This joke of tails being robotnik’s adopted son is the best running gag in YTP
-
To this day the poor lad still doesn't know what he wants.
-
Ah yes, the three most wanted things every mastermind wants, and would make excellent and appropriate gifts for their son: Time travel World domination and four billion pounds of H A M
-
I love how consistent their characterization is through your videos. Robotnik cares a lot about Tails, but he is still very temperamental which leads him to come off as aggressive.
