7 people have been arrested in connection with the deadly flooding of basement of Delhi's coaching centre. In a tragic incident, three UPSC aspirants died due to rain-induced flooding in the basement of a popular IAS coaching centre in Delhi on Saturday evening. The Delhi Police have arrested seven people, including the owner and the coordinator of Rau’s IAS Study Circle, in connection with the deaths. The incident sheds light on the violation of safety norms, the illegal use of basements and the “collapse” of the drainage system in Delhi.

Well the Delhi government run by aam admi party has spent all the taxpayer money on freebies. They did not have money left to built or clean the drainage system. You have to understand and ignore this small incident and vote for aam admi party again. It's after all the party of the people literally.

Everyone asking questions now after the incident has already happened. Were people (students, their parents, local corporator, MLAs, and citizens in the area in general) were sleeping when this underground library was operating for so many years? Why were no questions raised about the rules before? People are to be blamed equally for this tragedy.
