I made this meal this evening for supper, and it was yummy. I used balsamic vinegar with the veggies and added a red onion and red chilli to the radish pickle. Even my hubbie didn't mind the meat free meal 😅.

Jamie thank you for showing us how to make flatbread its much better than store bought as theres no nasty preservatives etc which is bad for the health.
