Her: Falls gracefully from a large height on their head and STILL manages to stand up Me: Falls off bed and cries hysterically

Okay but the way she recovered and continued is amazing and they work so well. I’m glad he actually checked her to make sure she was okay.

As an adult who just decided to learn skating, I have so much respect for skaters. My first 20 minutes went me trembling like an 8 month old who never learn to walk. I am glad she was ok!

honestly idc if “she wanted to continue” they should have automatically stopped and checked her out, finishing a damn competition is not worth getting paralyzed or losing your life smh

As a judge I wouldnt allow her to continue if a doctor doesnt check her before. Health is way more important than performance. Head injuries can be fatal and there are times you dont see the damage right immediately. You can allow contestants to restart their rutine and discount all their previous faults.

When she continued her performence to its end after the dangerous and painful fall, my tears arrived. She respected her job and audience. Good luck!

Really beautiful performance in spite of the wobbles and falls. I feel that there is so much pressure on these athletes to always do more spins and higher jumps. It gets to the point that becomes life-threatening. I hope she is okay.

Seeing videos like this walks me back thru my figure skating accident years ago. Almost took my life- and took skating from me forever. I’m glad she’s okay.

She could’ve been paralyzed by a fall like that, and I definitely think she went unconscious for a second.

Don’t blame the man! He clearly tried to talk to her and was ready to stop! The woman herself wanted to continue. But I agree that the coaches should’ve stop them.
