Surrey || Model a Month: A Breyer Review Series

Published 2024-03-08
I figured it was well past time Surrey got her own episode, so here she is! You just might see some BreyerFest 2024 models featured sometime after July. 😏

I love the Lady Phase mold. I got Surrey and Axel last year during my virtual BreyerFest. She's so perfect! Proof that the old molds can still be as nice as the new ones!

I got an excellent mold you could review...this particular mold does not show well and has been said it has a broken pelvis and too narrow of a barrel. I am curious if you could go into the anatomy and why the broken pelvis is a thing as I would like to one day do a custom on this horse. This horse in question is the Icelandic horse mold, the most recent having been the lottery horse on the Breyer website in the dun grullo.
