Nobody does it better than the Original Jim's !

Very good place. Had family from North Dakota come to town. We brought them here for Chicago dog's, and they left happy.

I liked the part where someone said the owner is always here , that means the owner makes sure he serves good clean quality food ... and that my friends it is rare in the food business, some business the owner comes in but only to pick up the money and has no idea what’s going in his or hers establishment..

Many times i did "hot dogs" by myself with regular bun, boiled or baked kiełbasa (polish sausage), onion, low salt pickled cucumber, tomato and mustard or ketchup. And in US you call it polishdog or polish hotdog, hehe nice. For me it was just "sausage in bun" (kiełbasa w bułce). Nice to hear that.

Very nice - guess I'll have to get me a Maxwell Polish next time I'm in - Owner Tony's place has very good food.
-
It was a little disturbing to see him repeatedly sniff that sausage...
-
I would definitely be trying to make a copycat Jim original Maxwell polish bone-in pork chop and a cheeseburger👍🔥🔥🙌
