Burton Cummings has one of the best voices in rock.
  • "Time goes slowly, but carries on. And now the best years, the best years have come and GAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWN." God I love that part.

Nothing that resembles the time period in which we grew up will ever appear or be heard. Such bands do not and will never exist again. I'm happy I was around to experience the greatest music ever. Saw these guys in Birmingham 1987
  • In my opinion, Burton Cummings is one of the greatest rock ‘n’ roll singers of all time! His voice is pure magic!

My dad, who died 14 years ago, loved this song. It always reminds me of him.

Fantastic voice. Another song from my youth. I'm 71 and still love these oldies like this one.

Wow, an actual live in the studio performance. No lip synch, no backing tracks, no safety nets.
  • Burton was just a week or so shy of 22 when this was performed. Unbelievable. The run at 2:11 ...

Burton Cummings has such a unique style and resonance to his voice. He is definitely in a league of his own.

Burton Cummings had one of the best voices in Rock and Roll history. His voice in concerts, and here on video, sounds just like the record/ CD. This band, and Cummings and Bachman should be in the US - Hall of Fame. This band has tons of other "big hits" just like this one performed here.

Burton's voice was and is like no other. It's a band and a singer that makes one feel graced to hear. Thank you so much Burton and The Guess Who, thank you.

Cummings and Bachman, two teenagers from Winnipeg! Absolutely incredible what they achieved. I’ve recently attended live concerts from Burton Cummings and three months later Randy Bachman. Just fantastic! Bachman is 80 and doesn’t miss a beat. Cummings never took a single minute of break the whole evening. Even when the rest of the band rested. Love these guys! Some of the best in the business!
