There is no war in bah sing se.

Not only is it quiet, it's also very hard to miss your target when the end of the barrel is mere inches away from it!

I love the thought that you avoid detection with super silent shots, then instantly give away your position when you unscrew the suppressor. Squeeeeeek.
  • Remember, with the Erector 69 you need to make sure you have permits for multiple States because the moment you point that thing you will probably cross multiple Borders. If after shooting no bullet exits the barrel, it does not necessarily mean a misfire, do not watch down the barrel remember that it takes the Bullet some time before it reaches the end of the barrel (a bullet only travels at around the speed of sound after all). Sometime a bullet might not come out at all since it probably gets lost on the way!

The irony of a suppressor being almost silent but enemies hearing you attach it from half a mile away.

Matt, a man of culture, delivering on his people's wishes!

Took an unintentional break from your videos, 1 year later, its still like the first time i saw you. Magical.
  • Should have had a decibel meter to compare noise levels as each section was added!

Impressive that you can miss with the barrel physically touching the target.

This is by far the episode that made me laugh the hardest since I started watching 5 years ago, squeaky screwing and all. Thanks, Matt!

The awkward silences and smiles are the cherry on top. Good shit.
  • 5ft of suppressor finally gets you the quiet levels that the movies try to make you believe they give you!

If you permanently attach enough of those sections to bring the barrel up to 16" you don't have to worry about the ATF's new pistol brace rule and you can just put a stock on it

I love how Matt is always smiling, always makes me smile!

I kept hoping Matt would prop-up the suppressors, level them (perhaps with a tripod or something), and see how accurate and quiet they could be manipulated to shoot.
  • The good thing about this suppressor is that you can't miss. It's so long that it's practically in the enemy's face. Quiet and accurate!
  • That beginning setup just so you can use "glockamole" was a thing of pure beauty

Those segments do a pretty good job at suppressing the pops. Thanks for sharing, Matt. The only negative thing to that system is that ear-splitting/fingernails-raking-across-a-chalkboard screechy sound that happens when the segments screw together. A bit of pre-lubing of the segment's threads should be fine at silencing that noise during the suppressor's screwing-together process.
