Wow. That interview was six years ago but I've only known SJS since July 2020 as we hear nothing of him in the Australian media. It was COVID lock down that led me to Korean dramas and to So Jisub! Now I understand why I've been so intrigued with and fond of this man, and watching everything I could find of his work. It's not just that he's easy to look at but one feels his warmth and intelligence in each role that he takes on. (Jisub-ssi, I actually see more than the 1% that you mention of you there). Fame is a lonely place to be at times I'm sure and I echo much of what has been written here in support of you. You have a legion of diehard fans that you rightly deserve. I'm happy that you have found a special partner with whom to share the ups and downs of life. May it give you much joy and comfort Jisub-ssi. He literally takes my breath away with his ability to be so kind and thoughtful to those around him but maintaining his self awareness and self respect at the same time... I personally think that the 1% intact he mentioned is his life stories and experiences. I really can feel him from each character. He's really deep, we rarely see the personality like his nowadays. People are so realistic. He seems so free and happy when he's rapping. I admit that I fall in love with his personality. God bless.

Wow, such a deep thinking individual. I feel bad now that I was crushing on him without knowing him. He let out his burdens in this interview and really got to me. He's afraid that he wears so many masks that he may be empty inside and that he doesn't talk about his personal life because people will get to know the real him and then leave the real him, not one of his masks. I'm speechless at his depth, and sad for him too. I hope he finds a great woman who sees him for who he really is and treasures him forever. <3

I like that this actor has set boundaries between his acting/personal life, I respect him for that. He does a good job entertaining us with every media he uses, that is good enough for me.

Seriously, this is one of the most beautiful interviews I have seen of him. He appears to be such a modest man and very humble and appreciative of his surroundings and status. I truly wish him the best in life and so glad to like and appreciate someone so graceful.....and unlike the lady who went to his Fan Meeting, I truly hope he meets someone meaningful to share his life with!! It think this interview really reminds me that actors, who put in so much effort to bring a smile to our face, may be the ones who are crying the most on the inside. They can have so many people who claim to love them, but as time passes, when another actor comes along, they're the most easily forgotten. Whether they're surrounded with fans or not, they're always alone. Hope he finds a partner and get married soon, that'll nourish his life nicely!

A beautiful and honest interview. I thought it was very brave of him to share some of his heart's burden to the world, really. His lifestyle is not an easy one but he always gives kudos to his fan base and I admire that. I, myself am a part of that base...I, we, your fans LOVE YOU SoJi Sub, WE REMEMBER YOU!!!!!.       I think even if he gave up this present lifestyle and become a farmer or a Hotelier, his fans (me for sure) would respect his choice and still love him. Regardless of what we see of him, those public parts, he is human like the rest of us and subject to fears, tears, pain, hurt, faults and such like and although we are curious about your inner life, some things must just be kept personal, private and confidential!       I wish you the best in life -  Joy, not happiness, as happiness is temporary; Good Health, True Friends, an unshakable Faith that keeps you grounded and a Loving, Understanding Wife who will provide more value to you life and One Fine Day...your own personal family to love and cherish :)
