as somebody with major health anxiety, i feel this song and i’ve always loved falling in reverse, this song is perfect. even it’s that not what it’s about, that’s how i interpret the song. it’s amazing ❤️ i hope they keep releasing music for a long time.

Ronnie said this is about hypochondria - so the voices in his head telling him that he is going to die, are feeding into the fear that something is medically wrong - in the video you can see him checking his pulse a few times. Great reaction!

The voices in his head keep telling him he's going to die because in his mind there's always something wrong with him. Every pain is something serious (heart attack, stroke, blood clot, etc.). A lot of people feel this song is about suicide or depression, but it's just Ronnie's way of explaining what it's like to live with nearly debilitating hypochondria. Knowing that, then listening to the lyrics, makes all the difference in the world. :)
