@IamZead Listen to them as often as you can, headphones are better but always listen at a comfortable volume. You need to be able to clearly hear the tones without straining or background noise interfering but it should never be uncomfortably loud.

I thought that main (and only) changes at DNA are just during pregrancy. So it is impossible just by listening to some frequencies heal dangerous mutations.
