Courtney would have killed him if this was a TV-MA show! šŸ˜

Alejandro was one of the few good characters in Total Drama All Stars

My girl courtney was really mad šŸ˜šŸ™

I forgot Jo and Lightning were in All-Stars

Scott is really lame in All Stars, I appreciate his rewrite. I love Jo a ton so personally I'd have her merge in All Stars but I understand it's difficult to cut iconic characters like Heather, Alejandro, and Duncan earlier., but I'd still personally have at least one of them eliminated before Jo.

Wait, but if Scott and Courtney both vote Gwen, and Alejandro uses the statue, wouldn't Gwen have the 2nd most votes now and be eliminated?

In my opinion, while Scottā€™s derailment is very extreme, I do find a slight reason why he became so stupid: Fang. You see, the reason why Scott acts so dumb this season is because of what Fang did to him at the end of Revenge of the Island. After he got out of the trauma chair, Scott was mostly back to normal, but he now had a massive fear of sharks and he was much dumber. Also, I do believe that if Tyler and Ezekiel were both in this season, they would have done the same jokes that Scott did canonically, but I think that it would be even funnier because Ezekiel and Tyler are just more funny than Scott. But, Scott was pretty funny in this season in my opinion. Anyways, I loved the video, and I canā€™t wait to see what you end up doing for the next part of the rewrite!! Signing off whilst she is in the process of writing her own Total Drama All Stars season, Kat.

The weirdest thing about total drama fandom is that scott is for some reason considered as well written character in all stars. He was one of the worst out of everyone there (litterally nobody was bearable besides forgettable ones like lightning and joe or alejandro and heather who also got nerved but at least were likable to watch)

I've said it before and i'll say it again: Lightning CARRIED this season in just the 2 episodes he was in āš”ļø There's a reason this season goes downhill after he gets eliminated.

I really do appreciate you doing the voice acting

I like the part in Sundae Muddy Sundae where Courtney nearly kills a man

can't wait for part 4, liked Scott as the season's secondary antagonist. speaking of fixing derailments, imma fix Millie in s2 of the reboot first off, I'd have Millie actually read Priya's Guide, and change her arc this season to be showing Priya that she doesn't need Priya to help her (Millie) win challenges. then in ep 2, Have damien go done the 3 pointer side, unblindfolded but still terrified, and have Millie say that she'll go down the 4 pointer slide, and jumps in before anyone can stop her. She gets her team the win, however she'd have a slight injury, nothing major, just a sprain, she can still walk fine, she can feel the sprain but pretends to her team she's fine. this would go on for a few more episodes, until the injury gets worse enough to where she's medically evacuated, probably in ep's 5 or 6 edit: you don't need to mention this, but if you do, anomynous please.

I have this headcanon that Scott grew up around very abusive parents who both physically and emotionally abused him growing up so thatā€™s why developed as a sociopath. With this re write of keeping his original personality from revenge of the island I like to think that after Courtney beating him to a pulp he started to develop some form of fucked up crush on her. I personally think that a cruel sadistic sociopath like Scott could realistically develop some sort of twisted crush(probably more accurate to describe it as a fetish)towards a violent woman like Courtney. He could be both a sadist and a masochist at the same time lol
  • Aaaahhhh! I've been waiting for this. I've been so excited to see what you'd do for Scott in the rewrite and I'm so glad you took my idea of having him use her! While very entertaining, he was horribly derailed in the original, so I'm really glad that you managed to rectify that. I love how despicable he was here and how you managed to still keep to the same plot beats of the original All Stars while still managing to keep Scott as he was in Revenge of the Island. Also, his undoing literally just being Courtney beating him so badly that he had to be medically evacuated is so funny to me. Looks like someone didn't watch her previous seasons or else he'd have known not to mess with a firecracker like Courtney lol. Oh, and Jo and Lightning were good too, even if they didn't change much from canon. I'm glad that you extended Jo's stay, even if it were only for one more episode. In an ideal world, she'd have been a major player in All Stars (whether that be as the protagonist or antagonist), but when you're trying to mostly keep the canon plot beats intact I understand why you'd keep her as fodder. But hey, fodder with a small plot is still infinitely better than fodder with no real plot at all.
  • I did really like Courtney and Scott in the original season. I thought they were really cute and it is a shame to lose that in this rewrite, even if it is in character. That being said FUCK YEAH COURTNEY! THATā€™S MY B-I-T-C-H

Really been enjoying these rewrite videos, can't wait for the next one-! ^^

I havenā€™t watched All-Stars in many years, not even since I was a teenager. I can fondly remember being entertained by Scottā€™s antics, but as I grow older and gain a more critical eye, itā€™s hard for me to really describe much about him now, because his time in the season tied down to either saying something dense, being accident-prone or being a softie to Courtney. You can be a comic relief character, and still have widely established motivations and dimensionality to you, look at characters like Harold, Owen, Lindsay, Justin, Lightning, even characters as nonsensically cartoonish as Max or Ripper. Scott doesnā€™t really play any actual role in this season other than lusting after Courtney, and even thatā€™s a bit hard to comprehend because why is he saying he likes himself a bossy lady? Didnā€™t he hate taking orders from Dawn and punished her thusly? He never respected orders from B, Sam, Brick, or Mike either. What makes Courtney so special? Because she ā€˜cleans up real niceā€™ ? I just think all of what Scott does this season wouldā€™ve been far more suited to Brick had they cast him, someone who actually would admire someone as domineering and regimented as Courtney, who is an established accident prone individual, and wouldnā€™t be hugely competitive about winning the show, to where his status as the likeable comic relief would feel earned. All this is to say I do find Scott funny at times in this season, but thatā€™s partially a situational appeal on account of most of the core cast really getting on my nerves, to where heā€™s a light-hearted vehicle of comedy that just barely holds the season together, which I am grateful for, even if at the discrepancy of his own rationale. Your version of the events gives perfect credit to his ROTI incarnation, and gave him an engaging narrative that justifies his longevity however, I donā€™t know why, if they were going to want to make Scott the comic relief/Courtneyā€™s love interest, would it really have been that hard for them to combine that with also still maintaining his key personality traits. N.B. I do agree Lightning was a little exaggerated for the sake of his early elimination, however, they do actually explain away his over-stupidity on why heā€™s doing bizarre things like digging in the water or falling in love with his biceps, with establishing the effects of him eating the raw fish that made him puke - ā€œSometimes when my tummy is empty, my mind ainā€™t full!ā€

If I could recast TDAS I would choose: Original: Alejandro Courtney Owen Gwen Heather Duncan LeShawna Lindsay Roti: Cameron Lightning Zoey Scott Jo Mike Anne Maria Brick If youā€™re wondering why there are 16 characters, the reboot also does 16 characters in 13 episodes.
  • @bossome77777
I really love Scottā€™s characterization, but I would prefer if he got eliminated in a different way. Him and Cameron both getting medically evacuated is a bit much. Still, you have the best ideas and rewrites Iā€™ve seen!
  • @Nzcade
by the way about the whole ā€œ13 episode is too shortā€ thing, they could just make the episodes double the length so it has the content of a 26 episode season without making it feel like half of the season is filler
