  • I love Ciara and even though her career did die off, she never went the desperate route by engaging in shock value. She stayed classy and has remained a cultural figure in black culture. To see where she is now is beautiful.

I like how even though Ciara is underrated, no one underestimates or downplays her accomplishments. What’s even better is that celebs in their prime today (Meg the stallion is a good example) don’t dismiss her as some washed up performer. That’s how respected she is. She’s the epitome of “aging gracefully” but in the career progression sense. An unproblematic queen. Edit: I added the last part.

I think she made a huge comeback with level up. that song was EVERYWHERE
  • She definitely had some bangers and I feel like she’s somewhat underrated even though I wasn’t and still am not a huge fan, she’s an absolutely amazing dancer though nobody can deny that at all

I’ve seen Ciara in person. She is DROP dead gorgeous. And she’s so sweet 😊 She’s like Janet Jackson to me. She has always put on a crazy good performance.

Ciara has never disappeared, she just finds a new way to slay. That’s all.

"I Bet" and "Dance Like We're Making Love" are some of her best songs and choreography. 🤗💞
  • @raer5373
It's easy to answer, she leveled up and became a mom.
  • Ciara is definitely an artist who, while might be underrated and without a major fan base, was a superstar, with slick and effortless dancing and an earlier discography that had people moving with its crunk, catchy music. She can dance, and I mean DANCE. She’s called the Princess of Crunk&B for a reason. She’s still great imo

she’s the best dancer of her generation of artists and her music videos are amazing and criminally underrated
  • @brianbiga4649
she's criminally underrated. she DESERVES a full fledged super bowl half time show. she's put in the work, and she has proved herself to be an amazing performer and dancer. She leaves me speechless every time i see her dance, i can't imagine what amazing things she would do for an event like the halftime show!
  • @raindrops4284
She's now married to a extremely rich football player. She's very much fine and never has to work again if she wants.

I like Ciara and Ashanti for the fact that they are well respected artist that will never truly go away. They are making music independently on their own terms and I think that's important. Ciara's dances and her pen will sustain her for the long haul. Not everyone has to be a mega star the entirety of their career.
  • Ciara is so underrated and deserves all of her flowers. When I was younger, I remember seeing her everywhere on tv and definitely was the First Lady of crunk when she hit the scene in 2004 with her song, Goodies. Get Up and Like a Boy is my favorite songs from Ciara. But she didn’t disappeared.
  • @jade839
Give her her flowers while she's still here! 💐💐

I know one thing, “I Bet” is a good ass song 💯💯💯

I am glad Ciara like Rihanna have fearlessly embraced the next chapter of their lives. Ciara looks like she’s happy, she looks like she knows who she is now, same with Rihanna. Her values have shifted and we see that with her staying away from the limelight, valuing her privacy and peace. There comes a time in a woman’s life when she knows what she wants, she wants to rest, be taken care of by her partner. Ciara will always be a legend. She could have continued making tracks with Future and the likes but she moved on to bigger better things 😘
  • "Get Up" was huge back in 2006-2008. I remember dancing to it more than once for performances.
