They may have paid for that sidewalk but they do not own it. Its part of the public right-of-way.

This whole thing was freakin silly! I mean, what information could you even see from that far away? I couldn't even make out faces on a 54 inch screen
  • @RicanInTheMatrix
That security guard was a mile away you couldn't tell who he was. Then he walks up to the camera? What sense does that make?

If the cops pulled up and talked to James first, how did the cops know that the employees didn’t want him on any of the property?
  • @uldrensav972
People have become so entitled and conditioned to getting their way that they dont know how to react when they receive answers that they don’t want to hear…
  • @BB-eb8lq
Where do you walk there? There has to be a public place for citizens to walk! That guy is reaching and lying at the same time!
  • @Claudette451
Let me step to your camera to tell you I don’t want to be on your camera the logic
  • @JUSTICEFORALL911
Oh they own across the street also? and the speed sign?🤣😂

300 million phone cameras and another 100 million government security state cameras in America and they get all shook up over one person with a camera. Well, that and their abject ignorance of the law is a bummer. P.S. In Pennsylvania the state owns and runs all the liquor stores. Kind of the same difference innit.

I hate the way they ask about your vehicle as if they like the make and model, but the truth is they want to run the license plate to know who you are.

the CITY DOES NOT put their signs on PRIVATE PROPERTY... there is an EASMENT (so many feet from centerline of the road)... to KEEP citizens from having to walk in the road and get hit by a car.... this EASMENT is on EVERY SINGLE STREET IN AMERICA. You CAN stand on that sidewalk by LAW!!!
  • @wesKEVQJ
Ok I don't understand, if the police have access to the footage on their cameras isn't it available through FOIA? Seems odd that the police would have a feed from a private business. Easement law in Illinois is 20 feet from the center of the road.

Smoke it inside ? And then drive under the influence to leave ?
  • Please audit Elk Grove Village, IL. They need to be audited, and I could almost guarantee that they will try to infringe your rights.

Amazing how they have all these directives helping you. Helping you right into a cage when they think they can justify it. For instance, "just stay off their property". I think the perfect reply to that is "ohhh, I didn't know that. Never heard that before, where were you when I was growing up? you could have shared that with me 40 years ago, huh?"
  • Public easement. Dont ever just stand in the street bro. Your safety is priority. Also you could check the gis survey to see the property lines. I would even o as far as to print them out so if the cops get cute you can inform them. Stay safe and keep doing what you do. You have a great auditing style!

Never admit to your vehicle, nothing good could ever come from it. It’s just an invitation for harassment!!!

I love how the 1st dude that doesn't want to be filmed, WALKED SEVERAL YARDS TO GET EVEN CLOSER TO THE CAMERA. OMGEEEE!
