“We do not "come into" this world; we come out of it, as leaves from a tree. As the ocean "waves," the universe "peoples." Every individual is an expression of the whole realm of nature, a unique action of the total universe.”

T&H Inspiration is on a mission to share inspiring wisdom. The goal is to have you pause, think, and reflect. Many of our videos revolve around the extraordinary teachings of Alan Watts that we produce with permission from the Alan Watts Electronic University.

T&H also films and releases original interviews with iconic people who have experienced successes, while also persevering through life's highs and lows. We look forward to sharing more of these perspectives and insights.

Our hope with these videos is to push your thinking. As Alan Watts said “No one is more dangerously insane than one who is sane all the time: he is like a steel bridge without flexibility, and the order of his life is rigid and brittle.” – Alan Watts.

  • If you love something deeply, let it go. If it comes back to you, it's yours. If it doesn't, it wasn't yours. This is the true heart of philosophy.
  • How lucky are we to have had Alan Watts alive in a time where he could record his lectures/ talks/ speeches/ guided meditations and debates... I think ive listened to a vast majority of his full lectures on YouTube. But i always revisit... It reminds me of the beauty of existence and non existence... The beauty of the 1
  • Oh how I wish that Alan Watts, my childhood hero, could speak to us today now that we're all so immersed in NDEs, holographic universe, simulation theory, parallel worlds, 5th dimension, aliens, etc. What would he say?

Sometimes i have so much to say but then the words come out from all sorts of directions. I remember asking our pastor a question once back when i was still a church congregant. He was teaching from 1 Corinthians 13, when Paul begins to say that we are looking as if through a dark reflection, but then we shall see face to face and know who we truly are. His teaching was that we are currently in that realm of knowing, of existing, but its in our own perceptions that we can't understand who we actually are. I asked him, when then will God stop being mysterious? I was young then and asked out of genuine ignorance. But he was taken back by my question and he brought it to the attention of the entire congregation and said at that time that it was one of the best questions he'd ever had. His response was, if God stopped being mysterious, he'd stop being God. It's been about 20 years since then and I still think about this a lot. Cause i felt that it really didn't answer my question. There are patterns everywhere. And i wish people didnt ignore what i have to say. No one engages with you about these deeper esoteric teachings. They rather debate and quarrel about God's existence, or if not, it's about politics. But it's all a distraction. It's just noise. Completely pointless. I mean, absolutely inessential. So much so, that people will double down on their dogmas and their politics just to continue to ignore the blatant realization that it's all meaningless. I could spend an entire day talking about how our egos love to distract itself from illusions. No one speaks about art these days. Even the religious ones. Especially them. And it's too bad because all those things pertaining to faith, spirituality, etc stem from the same source where art comes from. The same source where dreams come from. But we ignore it because it doesnt make sense to our brains. We're afraid of the mysterious. Just like when the Israelites were afraid of God when his voice boomed from Mt. Sinai and thunder and lightning followed and the earth trembled. Moses was the outlier. The artist. He stepped into the thick darkness to confront his shadow, like Carl Jung says. He wanted to see God's face, but it was denied because he would die, if he did so. And if they only heard that voice deep inside, they'd began to hear the patterns. They'd feel the heartbeat of it all. It's the same darn thing that Jesus spoke about. It's the same darn thing that Buddhism teaches. It's the same darn thing you experience on a mind bending psychedelic trip. I once wrote down a thing when I ate some edibles. It told me that the geometric fractals we see in psychedelics are found throughout all religious texts. It's not the fractals that have meaning. It's just a symbol. Like a compass. Everything aligns and a perspective of today, is just a fragment of the greater perspective. That's why it says in the bible that he is the alpha and omega, the beginning and end, first and last, the one who was, and is, and is to come. And then it says that the last shall be first and the first shall be last. All of your experiences are illusions. But who you really are is just one point of the fractal to the greater extension of the big geometric and mindbending figure that some call God.
