I love my Vitamix so much... people act surprised when they hear the price but when they use it they understand... especially the smoothie mode!!! Also someone accidently left a metal spoon it when we were cooking for a party... I contacted customer service, they sent me a shipping label and with a week I received a replacement at no extra charge! Quality AND service!!!
