All of these archetypes definitely exist, and ALL of these people are the reason why people want to work from home, FOREVER.
  • @samt7817
Yup, working with all of them .. I'm here for a paycheck, not for friendship. Keeping my nose down, and not getting intertwined in the drama/gossip keeps me sane.
  • The worst are the snitches, backstabbers, two facers, and the brownie noses. Every time I went to work I would lose faith in humanity. After retirement I gained my faith in humanity back. Some people are just plain evil and mentally deranged. At every job I had to deal with this bs.
  • I avoid all my co-workers and prefer it if they also avoid me 🤣
  • Just got fired thanks to a Rachel who made up a bunch of stuff about me/made false reports. Sucks because I cried to her about how people were treating me at work. Turns out she was banding together with other coworkers to push me out of the company just because I didn’t fit in and didn’t want to sit around gossiping with them over lunch, etc.

Patty is the worst! I worked with one who gossiped about EVERYONE. Even her own friends. When she got her chance to throw me under the bus, she gladly did. 🤣 these people are so insecure. You don’t need to make other people look bad to look good.
  • I'm very introverted and didn't want to interact with my colleagues, due to my fragile mental health. As a result, I have been branded as odd, weird, antisocial and have even been called brusque or rude. All I wanted to do was do my work and FO home. I can identify with all of the personalities described, having being the brunt of their nefarious activities, having being subjected to the silent treatment and other mind games, I now work entirely on my own from home. No more workplace politics or gaslighting.

Chad is actually a spy to the boss, that’s how he is favoured by the boss. His Job there is not working for the organisation, he is there to be the boss’ s eyes and ears. He uses his charming and nice appearance to trap so many vulnerable people who are so naive to tell him everything. This is how he has all the privileges without having to work hard like others.
  • @JK20239
The narcissist. As soon as I identify one at the office, it's adios amigos. I will not waste effort trying to work with these animals.
  • Got these people too. Pray for them my friends. I had a horrible boss, and I prayed for him and a couple months later he disappeared to a new place 😀. Thank Lord Jesus Christ
  • The villain is always next in line for some sort of promotion for management! If you are kind, just and fair you will not last in any business model. Period.
  • @GuruChaz
I love this straightforward talk. People just need to do their work and leave others alone. Either do it well or go find another job you like.
  • Neither the boss nor our coworkers are our friends. The best is to mind our own business and talk about harmless things. A feather can easily grow into five hens in the workplace.
  • At every job, I have always had one or two coworkers who try to act like they're my boss... every time I tell them off, they escalate. If I freeze them out, they get in their feelings.
  • @3PCTManOrBust
It makes me thankful that I work graveyard shifts with only one person. I simply just want to work and not deal with any Junior High type drama.
  • @aglaia009
I worked with a dude who seemed all energetic and pleasant to be around but he was toxic. He constantly lied to cover up his mistakes, and goes around hiding colleague's personal belongings thinking that it was a 'joke'. I wasn't surprised that he got fired shortly after for harassment.
  • @Chris-tg3qy
Ahhhh, when Rachel and Patty co-exist in the same office you will eventually see a day of reckoning and surprisingly, Rachel will win because she is very skilled at playing both sides. She will completely expose Patty for the manipulative liar that she is. While it may be a relief to be rid of Patty, you will eventually learn that Rachel is just as manipulative. Deal with her kindly and politely, but don’t ever trust her. Anything you say, no matter how innocent will get twisted if she sees you as the competition.
  • @prima6170
I keep dirt on my fellow coworkers in case I need it. I've been screwed out of a job too many times. I learned the hard way how to play office politics. One co-worker tried to get me fired. Not only was able to defend myself, I read off a whole laundry list of stuff on her. They let her go that afternoon. I almost got my manager fired once, but she quit when she realized that I was on to her. I found out later that she was actually doing a worse job than I discovered she was.

I’m grateful these people have taught me to appreciate weekends & time off more. I used to be that super industrious person, I still kinda am just not putting all my eggs in one basket anymore.
