Ma'am, out of my passion I have chosen teaching field. I have fifteen years of experience in one of the reputed ICSE School in Visakhapatnam but I'm sorry to say this especially in our school the salaries are very meager. Sometimes I feel all my donkeys years of service is in vain as my school and college friends in various fields other than teaching are making good money. I feel that it is a misfortune being a teacher. I love this profession at the same time it should meet our requirements and standards. Moreover Government doesn't care about the uniformity of salaries paid to the private school teachers.

Teaching profession is the worst paid when compared to other jobs.8k,10k,12,15, last 20k.beyond that it will not go.late marks, LLP,no May month salary.fee from the students are collected from 20k to 60k.but not even one student fee we get as a salary . all the day we have to stand,shout, manage. 40to 50 students.but even though some complaints from parents, teachers, admin, coordinator... Uneducated people like plumber, electrician, servants,Dmart sales girls are earning better than teachers.
