This is just a "prank" virus on windows batch. Batch files do not have the capability to modify any Windows components at all, unless it was given a UAC CMD prompt, which then, would still not be high enough administration to even touch the files. It might have the chance to modify the bootmgr, but Windows will end up replacing the code with it's own once the computer boots again. If it fails, it will most likely boot into the recovery environment. This "malware" is a joke. The whole purpose of it is to shut down the computer without damaging any of the Windows files or components of the computer. The end is overexaggerated, since the operating system CANNOT be affected by a batch file without UAC.
