you are my favourite japanese youtuber now. I got into spearfishing this summer when i went on vacation to visit family in Grenada and I had bought a 4ft spear before i left. I caught lizardfish and a scorpionfish and fried both. Even after my fishing trip youve inspired me to want to do more spearfishing after college and to catch bigger fish. I love your energy and keep up the great videos, Masaru!!!

天ぷら粉を冷やす理由はグルテンです。小麦粉などに含まれるグルテンは温度のある中で練ると活性化し、弾力のある食感になってしまいます。冷蔵「保存」というより、衣を作ってるときに冷やすのが大事です(氷水を入れた大きめのボウルの中でかき混ぜるなど)
