30 Days of Handstand Push Ups!!

In the past 30 days, I practiced handstand push ups every single day.

I aimed for a minimum of 50 reps per day but I would change my set x rep scheme based on my amrap (as many reps as possible) count. I just took 70% of my amrap set to determine the amount of reps I would do until my next amrap – every 10 days.

    That's an impressive progress, dude! So many YouTubers out there with clickbait and exagerrated progress videos. It's nice to see someone showing realistic progress. Also, would you say doing a minimum of 50 reps per day would tire out your muscles and diminish your performance at the gym? I guess it depends on the arrangement of sets in the day.

    hey man, lately I have been doing a lot of pistol squats. I have become really good at them and I need a way to increase the rpe. I have been having a hard time trying to implement weights. Could you maybe make a video about pistol squats? It doesn't even have to address my problem. It's a very fun exercise and I noticed a lot of improvement pretty fast.
