The fact that Bre has never lifted before is insane.
  • Bre seriously needs to get into powerlifting. Those numbers by a woman who has barely lifted before is insane.
  • @nanacachetez
Women cheering women on just makes me so happy. Such a great episode
  • The support in this video made my heart feel so whole, i could definitely get into deadlifting if I had a team of support hyping me up like this. This girls are strong mentally AND physically and it honestly brings me to happy tears seeing them give eachother so much power and so much strength.
  • @latteb778
It’s Latte! Thank you all for the outpouring of support. I am just slow to respond. I appreciate everyone’s thoughts and kindness to all us women involved. I hope more of you can look into lifting differently than before if you were unsure. Stay safe everyone!💜 PS: I am an EMT, not a fireman. I just started volunteer fire recently but my main experience is in an ambulance. We use firemen on calls, hence the joke. I also want to clear up using “beaten to death” to really mean beaten badly and for a long period of time. Nerves got the best of me to relive it. EMS is how I am paying back the fire/pd officers who intervened and helped me. 💜

I loved how supportive all the women were to Bre helping make sure she had proper form. This video was so wholesome
  • I felt my adrenaline pumping when the girls were lifting, this was awesome and inspiring
  • @HelloTruDee
As a woman who lifts, I just truly enjoyed this video. The support and energy these girls had for each other is priceless.
  • Bre lifted 215 like it was fodder. If this video ends up sparking her interesting in powerlifting I would not be surprised if she could lift well into the 400s one year from now. That woman is gifted.
  • @Ahmed-pf3lg
10:04 You just lifted 205lbs despite not having ANY weightlifting experience, and you DEFINITELY had more in you. You are literally by far the strongest one of them naturally, it's just that they have experience in lifting. If you even try lifting for 6 months only you can easily beat all their numbers.. so yes, SIZE does play a huge factor in this, especially among women.
  • @FraeyaWhiffin
What an inspiring video! For the rest of the world: Bre: 97.5 kg (!!!) Geneva 125 kg Latte 111 kg Delaney 102 kg Kiana 134 kg Cass 142 kg (!!!!!!) (Me: 112 kg)
  • I think this is way better than the attractiveness thing. It was really wholesome how everyone there just cheered to the other girls. Really great, imo
  • @bretko2219
OMG HAHA that’s meeee. Crying real tears (not sweat) watching this. Getting to lift for the first time w these women was such an amazing experience. Thanks Jubilee 🥳🥳
  • @ks9759
If these girls started a gym, I would sign up for a membership. 😤✨ Lifting with other encouraging and powerful women would be inspiring af.
  • I recently reached Bre's number after about a year of working out, that's actually insane. I've never seen such strong women before, when Casse did 315 lbs that's so inspiring!!! I look up to these women fr fr
  • @CaitlynJones
Dang... I started to tear up because of how supportive and encouraging they all were. That was beautiful 🥲💪
  • One of the best Ranked videos ever. The diversity, vunerability, support, and pure enthusiasm from everyone was sooo infectious to watch! What a treat. Great job ladies!
  • @rogerj21
Geneva surprised me. She should've tried 295. Love to see women into fitness this much ❤️🙌🏼
  • @shaikya
After watching cass lift I just started crying for some reason like it’s so nice seeing other women support women it made me so happy. I really hope these girls stay in connection with eachother, the vibes are so nice 💞
