It's hard being "canceled" in the age of social media when people just move on to the next most talked about situation that's making waves. Kanye can say the most wild things imaginable and by next week, damn near the next day, people will be focused on some other form of breaking news. Just the way the world works today.

In short: he made graduation

Kanye is the literal definition of “you doing too much” most controversial rapper of all time.

I can't hate him. I can be disappointed with him and wish he would find help, but his music means too much to me for me to hate him. Get well soon, Ye.

It's a crazy contradiction being a Ye fan in these most uncertain times. What he's said doesn't erase what he's done, the impact he's had, but somehow it looks and feels different. To some what he's said are just words but others take that to heart. To embolden their dangerous ideologies. Free speech ain't free, they're always consequences even if they aren't evident. Ye has been in my top five for a long time now. I hope he finds peace. I'm not sure if this is mania or his own brand of marketing but I hope the best for Ye.

Kanye is such a globally and well known personality. It’s like we know him and we know crazy mistakes are bound to happen but over the years they just don’t stick. No matter how off the rails he goes, it’s like He’s Ye, the Teflon Kan.

I feel for Kayne I do. I struggle with the same stuff he dose, and losing someone so close to him would break anyone. He's self destructing and I hope he finds what he needs before something happens to him, I would be devastated if what happened to DMX happened to him. No one deserves that.

He cant be cancelled because he doesn't care what people think or what their opinions are. I dont agree with anything he says but i do love the fact that he just says what he wants and could give two F's if you agree or not

I don't think anyone gets cancelled. People get criticized. The term "cancel" is just a boogeyman for famous people to avoid criticism alot of the time. Look at Donald Trump, James Charles, Pewdiepie, Eminem, Taylor Swift, Dave Chappelle etc. All of these people have been "cancelled" and yet they remain massive figures and make millions every year. That being said, "Ye is just being Ye" is how alot of people move past what he says alot of the time, especially recently.
