This was the case of Jimmy Carter in my opinion. The media tends to praise those that cause recessions, rather than those who fix them.

After watching all those videos on hedge fund managers countless times, I've come online to check on Rocky's new episodes from time to time. Since you mentioned the adoption of the Central bank, you should do a documentary on the Jekyl Island meeting that made it possible. Explore the reasons it was so secretive and name the players. It is a very interesting and obviously impactful meeting that occurred.

I recommend everyone read/listen to a book called "The creature from Jekyll Island." It provides a comprehensive understanding of the history of the Federal Reserve. Most people have no idea what they do or why they were even created so if you wish to discover that check the book out. The amount of power and influence the Federal Reserve yields is truly amazing.
