I think bayn al asrar is just like a summer version of guidance. I think if you dont like guidance you wont like bayn, however if you layer it with the Rave now woman, the strawberry replaces the challenging pear in bayn and creates a beautiful scent. I like it both layered and unlayered. Its more than nice, for the price, you wonder how they recreated it.

I would like longer videos on M E frags, I love going back and watching them for reference. ❤

You're totally right about Bayn Al Asrar. When I first sprayed it I was impressed, like, oh, it's a fresher, summerier version of Guidance, but after I had it for a month, I wore it again and all of a sudden smelled an unpleasant, rubbery note that made it virtually unwearable . Luckily that artificial note dies down after a few minutes, but I'm not as enchanted with Bayn Al Asrar as I was in the beginning. As you said, it has no satisfying base or backbone that makes it a full-bodied fragrance. It's like you're only getting half the picture — the top and a couple of the middle notes of Guidance.

Thank you dear Joanna, on this dark and oh so cold ( for us, 10 degrees for about 10 minutes, otherwise it was 9 C today) day ~Tropical Kiss~ made me feel summery, it sounds perfect. Ambroise sounds a must buy for me. Once we get it in Australia. I really like Fragrance World perfumes and bought a lot recently and been so impressed. I am not surprised about Bayn Al Asrar . I am very happy with your review about the Bayn al Asrar, i was anxiously waiting for it to come to Europe, because Guidance is the best perfume ever in my opinion. Its disappointing however that it doesn’t perform that good.thanks a lot Joanna!❤

Oohh I’m so glad you were sent these fragrances. I didn’t like Dubai Portrait at all but I’ve always been curious about Mango Kiss so I will definitely get a bottle of Tropical Kiss. Hopefully I have a better experience with it than I did Dubai Portrait.

Hi Joanna, I enjoyed your reviews, you made me feel curious about Yuzu. Today I got my Bayn Al Asrar and enjoyed it at first spray, but I haven’t smelled the OG. I actually enjoy the note of osmanthus and felt it was the star of the fragrance, but I did find it as a nice yet simple scent that I could wear on a daily basis. Even if I don’t find it groundbreaking after actually using it, I really hope I can keep enjoying it, specially since I find myself to have a similar taste to you on fragrances. Huge kisses.

Hi Joanna! Yeah! Great for those of us residing in Europe to now have a decant source for ME fragrances. Hopefully, that will curb some of my 100 ml impulse buying 😬...one of which was Y.U.Z.U. I might have to return to this one, but I was put off by the sharpness of the opening. You should definitely try C.A.C.A.O from this line. Love it...a dry cocoa powder, with a patchouli that agrees with me. Very classy. Not gourmand to my nose. As for Bayn Al Asrar...see, I could NOT get on the Guidance train. It was so strong. It gave me headaches. But I felt I was missing out, so I thought Bayn Al Asrar would be for me. I like it, I like the dry down, too but now I'm starting to question whether I really like it or am I just happy to now be a part of the Guidance movement.🤔 Maybe I'll need to revisit the OG...

Congrats on the collaboration! I know dubaicollection. I have only good experiences with them. I've been eyeing the coffee line for weeks. Kopi Luwak sounds like my cup of coffee :-)
