I’m convinced that Oldschool RuneScape wouldn’t exist today if it weren’t for Ash. Passionate developers are crucial for any project, but even more so when the OSRS dev team was as small as it was. His passion for the game is so beautiful

You can tell that Ash is a good leader, he experienced what he considered poor leadership with previous product managers and took it upon himself to be the opposite of what they were. He could have stayed as a dev and probably would have preferred that but saw an opportunity to help the game and his coworkers and took it. What a genuinely selfless guy, thanks Ash, we're lucky to have you.
