calling plump white and black-spotted rabbits "wild" is insane
  • @Sock_Bug

It's so sad how often rabbits are dumped due to how little people are educated on owning them as pets. Thank you for saving them!
  • @emileemorgan
Thank you for attempting to save them all, despite the owner and the disrespectful neighbor. Some people really have no souls
  • @GraceCcc21
Wow. This is actually so sad, the fact people are trying to STOP YOU? 4 people, that's insane. I hope you can help get these sweet little rabbits a better home, a home they deserve ❤️ ❤❤

With all the free ranging house cats everywhere, those bunnies were lucky to be rescued. Thanks for the rescue.
  • @TRR555
Thank you for everything you do! ❤ I’m 12 and own 2 piggers, they’re previous owner wanted to surrender their 2 piggies to my local rescue, and the rescue was so full, so they couldn’t take the pigs at the time. So the lady dumped the pigs outside! The rescue was forced to take them, and the same day, I brought Autumn and Blizzard into my life! They life in a 2x5 c and c cage and are 2 little chonkers! I have had them for about a year now and couldn’t be happier! Love all you do and you are a saint for all these animals that have to suffer the cruelty of human abuse.

"Leave those bunnies there!" - some sketchy dude And I took that personally.
  • @Frenchaboo
I wonder what the deal with the owner is. These rabbits don't look like any fancy breeds, I don't think they'd earn a lot of money from breeding them. For some reason I'm suspecting they may have been intended as feed or bait for some illegal dog fighting or other harmful activities, there's no way they'd keep them as pets/livestock and not at least get a cheap chicken wire or a hutch.
  • @JessAndCayden
These rabbits are surprisingly really fat and healthy looking. I thought they would be small and skinny. Thank you for rescuing those cute innocent rabbits. Love Jessica
  • @mesquitemagic
Judgingby the size of them, they're meat rabbits. Ten to one, the guy was letting them graze so he didn't have to buy food before he dispatched them. I'm glad you saved them.

Chasing down loose rabbits is HARD, especially with no equipment. I still have my three rescue boys from a year and a half ago since my local rabbit rescue is full and hasn’t had any openings since 😅 thank you for the work you do!!
  • @GuineaGlimpses
I've been on the edge of my seat with this rescue. I am so thankful you and Ava were able to catch the buns that you have. They may be scared now but little do they know, they are in some of the best care possible. <3 cheering you on!
  • @PoshPigsHerd
I’ve been seeing a lot of posts on NextDoor of rabbits being dumped in our neighborhood. Makes me nervous that the post-Easter mass dumping is going to be huge this year. 😢😭 That in combination with the people who are deciding to dump their pandemic pets now that many people are going back to in-person working. I’m setting aside some space and supplies so I can be ready to foster when the time comes. 🙏🏾
  • @Stardusk123
I kind of get the feeling, maybe the real reason so many people tried to stop your rescue attempt is just because they didn't want you in the area because they are doing suspicious things. They probably don't care about the rabbits at all, whether they get rescued or not, they prolly just want to make sure people aren't able to snoop about. Who knows if that guy was actually going to give you his number. Maybe he notified the neighbor to chase you out. We may never know.
  • @lostraven734
I watched this with my bunno, and it broke my heart knowing people can do that to their animals.
  • I can’t believe someone would dump these poor rabbits😢 so glad you rescued them you are an amazing pet owner and you literally deserve the world❤
  • Austin, your a Ginnie pig and Rabbit hero. I have owned both of these beautiful animals and it breaks my heart to now these beautiful animals are not always given the care and attention they need. People who abandon animals should be held accountable. There are may animal rescue centres to help people who can no longer afford to care for these beautiful animals all they ask is to be loved ❤😢
  • I love you guys ,you are angels ❤. Thanks for saving these sweet Buns. When I was a child, I found an Bunny in a cardboard, with moldy hay at a children's playground. I took it home and kept it save. It was going along well with the 2 bunnys I already owend.
  • @The_Sin_Squad
I'm so used to seeing rabbit abuse videos framed as quirky fun, and this video gave me so much hope for humanity TBH. You guys are incredible. I knew from like ten seconds into the video that these rabbits were gonna be in safe, capable and loving hands.Thank you so much for doing this; you really are bunny heroes.
